Asian Americans needed for Hospice Focus group

Time:10am – 12pm

Location:835 Jackson Street, Room 501, San Francisco, CA 94133

Recruit:10 American born Chinese participants; ages 18 or older; no gender limit

Incentive:$15

Purpose:The Chinese Community Health Resource Center (CCHRC) has developed a
culturally competent DVD to introduce and clarify the programs and
services of End of Life Care- Hospice among the Chinese American
community. We would like to know your feedbacks and suggestions on
this topic. If you are interested to participate in the focus group,
please call 415-677-2473 to register
