On a foggy day in San Francisco, I often hip hop over to In-N-Out and order a double cheeseburger. With nutty notes from the cheese and crunch from the onions, the meaty burger just hits all the right beats and sends me to comfort food heaven.

In a recent article by David Zinczenko, with Matt Goulding propertly titled, Eat This, Not That... the information article releases the nutritional information for most burger we are familiar with.

Just the Chili’s Smokehouse Bacon Triple-The-Cheese Big Mouth Burger with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing alone contains a staggering 2040 calories and that does not include the calorie count from the soda and fries.

Preparing for my next hamburger fest, I may need a few packet of Tums handy with my meal.
